A.P.E. COVID-19 POLICIES (updated October 1, 2021)

A.P.E. requires full COVID-19 vaccination to enter the gallery at 126 Main Street and the building at 33 Hawley Street.

  • This applies to all people over the age of 12.
  • Exemptions can be accommodated by a negative PCR COVID test within the previous 48 hours.
  • Please be ready to present proof of vaccination or negative test if asked to do so by any staff member in the building.

These are community spaces, and in the context of a global pandemic, exposure to COVID-19 is a constant risk. We cannot guarantee the health safety of visitors, and so ask that you work with us to do all we can to keep each other as safe as possible.
  • Until further notice, all people over the age of 2 must wear a mask at all times while in the buildings.
  • If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 — fever, cough, headache — we ask that you do not enter the building. If you know that you have recently been exposed to COVID-19, we ask that you do not enter the building.
  • Vaccines are free to all those who live, work, and go to school in Massachusetts. Vaccines are available at most pharmacies, including CVS, Walgreens, RiteAid, and those at Big Y and Walmart. To find a vaccination site near you, visit vaxfinder.mass.gov
